Came and performed a complete check of my furnace. Cleaned flame sensor, checked current draw on all the motors and measured for carbon monoxide and correct temperature above the burners. Everything checked out on my Trane system.
We bought a Rheem cold climate heat pump and high efficiency furnace installed mid September. After getting bids from 3 companies and doing our own research, we chose to buy from Affordable Heating and AC for a few reasons. The most important reasons were our confidence working with Sean, and the quality of the Rheem product. He was helpful throughout the process answering questions and addressing any concerns we had along the way. He is very knowledgable, an excellent communicator, timely and efficient in responses, and gladly accepts feedback to improve the process and our satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with Sean and the rest of the Affordable service team.
Derrick was extremely efficient, informative, helpful, and knowledgeable. Explained in detail things I didn't know about my furnace. Affordable Home Services and Derrick get a "10" rating from me!

Tech Currin was injured so trainee was sent out alone. He was inexperienced with the electronic air cleaner and was not able to fully clean it, it was not his fault. I cleaned it, as per the manual,
so we are good to go.
They came as quick as they could and called when they were headed here. Did a super good job and saved the day!!

Levi was on time and very helpful. He did all the inspections of furnace and ductwork. He was very pleasant and conducted himself very professionally. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend him and your company to anyone without any hesitation. I will continue to use your company in the future.
Curran and Reid did a fabulous job of servicing the furnace. They were very friendly and professional and so pleasant to work with!
