I was visited by two technicians, Tyrell and Shane from Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning who inspected and tuned-up my furnaces in my home and the homes of my tenants. They each addressed a couple of issues in two of the units and helped me understand the problems. One of these heating systems was working flawlessly. Both technicians were professional and took time to perform their work. I would recommend Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning for both installation and tune-up work with confidence. They provided me with asuredness in the ability of our heating systems to work flawlessly for the upcoming winter season. Received a curtesy call that the technician was running late. When slShane arrived he apologized for being late. He was very friendly and professional. He recommended a part but was not pushy. I went ahead and purchased the part and he installed it the same visit. I highly recommended Affordable Heating and Air. They do a great job!!!
Affordable does our bi-annual furnace and air conditioning checkups. In October, our furnace did not pass inspection and had to be replaced. Sean and all of his staff are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Appointment times are always met with text message reminders the day before and a message that they are on their way, which makes it convenient to be at home. The install was done within the estimated time frame and everything was cleaned up before they left.

Great service, narrowed down the problem fast . Had the part the next day and installed with in little to no time. Also offered space heaters until the job was complete. Recommend affordable to anyone needing HVAC service.
Everytime that Affordable Heating came out, they let me know what are the situation(s) with my furnace. They show me picture(s) and explain what is happening and answer any questions that I have. They gave me suggestions and let me decide what I want to do, and they don't push or force me. I appreciate that. They are honest and trustworthy, a rare customer service that you DON'T get now days.
