Wow! Heat stopped working the day after Christmas. I called Affordable, based on their reviews, at 3:00pm. Trish answered and she was genuine and friendly. She was concerned we had no other heat source. By 5:00pm we had a tech, Curran, here and he diagnosed the problem. He gave me concise details on parts and cost. Ours is a 21 year old furnace. Curran made a bunch of calls, found the part and was back at our house at 9:00am the next morning. Job was done by 10:00am. He and Ryan were very professional, respectful and friendly.
I am very impressed with Affordable Heating and am going to use them to get our water heater replaced.
I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Shane did the fall maintenance on the 6 year old Trane furnace that they installed. He was great and answered all my questions. I signed up to their annual maintenance program which I think is a good deal. They come out twice a year (heat/AC) plus more perks. Definetly recommend Shane and Affordable Heating.

Technician Shane is a hero. When it was cold he came through and brought the heat. Clearly defined the process step by step and was straight forward with explanations. Thanks for saving the day.

Technician Shane Wens was very professional and explained what was wrong and what he was doing. He also explained why preventive maintenance is a priority. I wished I had the funds to get the wellness club, but i am the only income and going through hard times. I will keep it in mind for when I am able. Thank you for getting my call and service it on the same day
