HRV and ERV Installation
HRVs and ERVs work similarly: they pull in a current of fresh outdoor air into the HVAC system, then use a current of the stale indoor air to either pre-heat or pre-cool the incoming air. This "recovers" the energy already used to heat or cool the indoor air and transfers it to the fresh air.
