Scheduling a maintenance check for our furnace was quick and easy.
Gregg was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the heating and air conditioning systems in our house, which we recently moved into. He was also very friendly and courteous!

Sean was very thorough with cleaning my furnace. I was concerned about ash from fires in the mountains causing problems with our furnace. He also checked and cleaned the circuitry and blower. He found a capacitor that was out of range and replaced it. I can easily recommend Sean and Affordable Heating and Air.
From the start, with Diana at the call center to our service pro Sean, we were well informed and taken care of. Communication was excellent with both individuals I was in contact. Was told ahead of time what the spectrum of outcomes could be before they dug in, being that I had an older unit, it was wide... The service itself was meticulous as demonstrated by the report that followed and the cleaning and minor repairs were done quickly, efficiently was communicated with every step of the way. Could not be more pleased! Would recommend to anyone!
The tenant of one of my rental homes called me saying the carbon monoxide detector had gone off and the fire dept and Atmos had turned the gas off to the home. The 1st (so-called) plumbing contractor I contacted came out and said the problem was the flu from the basement to the roof needed to be replaced and would cost $3k-$4k to replace. To get a 2nd opinion I called Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning and with in minutes Gregg with his high tech equipment diagnosed the problem as a bad water heater and that there was nothing wrong with the flu pipe. Gregg and Russell swapped out the water heater that day and I was able to get the tenants back in that evening. Folks there's are a lot of shady unqualified contractors out there, Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning is not one of those. Their a small company that is extremely knowledgeable and will get it right the first time at a very fair price! Thanks guys! Ken Nelson
Fantastic service and staff. I know when someone is just trying to sell me on something and I never get that feeling from them. Good honest people. Gregg came out and really took is time diagnosing the issue completely and giving me about 2 more options than their competitors.
