In each step of the way, Affordable went above & beyond the call of duty when they replaced my furnace + AC two months ago. Torre kindly answered every one of my many inquisitive pre-install questions. Russ promptly stopped by on a dime to explain in person my replacement options. When I initially wasn't pleased with the thermostat to be installed, Torre promptly pulled strings to acquire one that would meet our needs. Seth and Jarod, "A Team" installers, not only worked a non-stop day in the cold, but furthermore fished fresh wire through the wall to accommodate my wife's desired thermostat location! Post-install, I requested a tech visit to ensure the furnace was functioning on spec. Tyrell came, bringing not merely his joyful attitude, but also superior knowledge of furnaces. His work ensured the furnace was working at top notch settings, and he explained everything for me to understand.
In summary, I was impressed by how each Affordable team member not only went above and beyond what was expected, but also showed they are pleasant people to work with.

Russ is knowledgeable and friendly. He came back a second time at no charge to replace a sensor and was very kind. I highly recommend him.

AC went out and Affordable Heating and Air got right out to us, installed a new AC unit the next day and were true to their word on the price they quoted which was very affordable compared to some others. Torre in the office was fantastic to work with!
Russ, Aaron and the crew have replaced and updated our old furnaces and air conditioners (we have two) as well as replacing leaky old gas lines. All systems are now working beautifully. We had some difficult issues with an old gas line and they stayed with it until the problem was solved. We really appreciate the excellent work and prompt service.

Aaron (service tech) and Tara (dispatcher) are awesome! My parents A/C unit went out with outside Temps in the 90's. Aaron was able to show same day, fixed the issue, and was extremely professional. Tara was professional and compassionate for the situation. Highly recommend!
This company is awesome! They are respectful and patient. They always show up on time. Torre is especially a rock star. She has been so helpful and understanding of my difficult work schedule, and she always manages to get us taken care of quickly. No doubt that I will use them in the future
