Ben and Brie arrived just after 8:00 a.m.. They introduced themselves and viewed the space. They asked if we had any questions and then proceeded with the installation. Upon completion they went over the thermostat and how it works and showed us the filter and how it worked. They asked if we had any more questions. Overall they were very professional. You should be glad you have them as employees.

My recent purchase of a new furnace and air-conditioner proved to be a satisfying experience due to the patience and proficiency of the people who staff Affordable Heating. Greg did an excellent job of explaining all the details and, bless him, incorporated a new filter system that would allow me to not have to go into the crawl space anymore!! All the men were polite, cheerful, willing to answer my questions and show me what I need to know to manage and maintain the systems. I was impressed also that Russ, the owner, worked right alongside his employees with the installation of equipment. It was, in short, a positive experience and I definitely recommend this company for HVAC services.
